Superheroes to help with our new Personal Learning Goals

For 2020, The IPC updated their Personal Learning Goals.

  • IPC

At The British School Warsaw we took it as the perfect time to really enhance our children’s understanding of their PLGs.

At the start of the year we launched our new Personal Learning Goals that come from the IPC but we use across all aspects of learning. To bring them to life, the children were introduced to some superheroes who will be helping us learn at TBS Warsaw but, as you can see from the video, they need names, costumes and powers!

We then started a competition where children designed a new superhero based on one of the new PLGs. They came up with names, costumes, powers and tools to help explain how their hero will help us.

The entries are in and now the difficult task of shortlisting can begin before selecting our final 8.

The winning entries from across the school will be 'brought to life' as our 8 PLG Superheroes and will visit classes to celebrate learning and help support children developing their Personal Learning Goals!

The excitement is building and we can’t wait to see who the winners will be!
