Every year The British School Warsaw runs the IB Scholarship competition that offers one place in the two year IB Diploma Programme to an outstanding student who would otherwise not be able to participate in our community at The British School, Warsaw.
The International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme is a highly prestigious, 2-year programme course as the entry qualification for universities across the world. Students start the course at age 16 and study a range of six academic subjects alongside the Theory of Knowledge, a community service programme as well as an extended piece of research in the topic of their choice. It is a challenging but rewarding course, supported by confident, committed and dedicated teachers.
The British School, Warsaw is a member of the Nord Anglia Education group of international schools. Nord Anglia Education is a leading provider of premium schools world-wide. Examination results at the British School are consistently high and this year, for the second year in a row, one of our students achieved full marks whilst 20% of the cohort achieved 40 and above marks out of 45.
The British School has excellent facilities and a highly dedicated staff to ensure high academic standards within our IB programme. In selecting the candidate, The British School Warsaw will be looking for a student who has a good command of the English language, an outstanding academic record, high level of motivation and commitment to the welfare of others.
Each year, we invite suitable applicants to join our IB Diploma Programme.
