Boha's childhood dream of participating in the world-renowned international competition for young violinists, nicknamed "The Olympics of the Violin," the Menuhin Competition, has become a reality. Having lived in South Korea, the US, and now Prague since 2021, Boha will soon be moving again to attend her dream university, Curtin Institute of Music, where she was accepted being amongst only 4% of candidates accepted each year.

On Thursday 17 September, Sofia K., a year 13 student from our Libus campus, shared her perspective on important global issues in a United Nations Voluntary National Review (VNR). Sofia was asked by UNICEF to share some key messages with governments and other decision-makers who are currently developing national plans to implement the SDGs.

D of E Award For PBIS Students
On Thursday morning, students were presented with their Duke of Edinburgh Bronze and Silver awards in the beautiful Old Town Hall in Staroměstské náměstí. 41 of our students were present to receive their awards along with students from other international schools in Prague. Two of those students, Eliška Chocová and Sandra Hoangová, who were both receiving their Bronze award, performed at the ceremony and blew the audience away with their beautiful voices and Eliška's ukulele skills, which she learned as part of her DofE.
