  • Where is Regent’s located?

    Our community campus is located in Rama 9, an upscale residential and business district in Bangkok.

  • What curricula do you teach?  

    From the Early Years through Primary, every student’s academic journey is structured through a carefully sequenced English National Curriculum pathway. This builds knowledge, conceptual understanding, and confidence year-on-year.

    In Secondary, we work backwards from the prestigious International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma, providing a clear, progressive route from Key Stage 3 to IGCSEs and the IB.

  • What size are your classes? 
    Our class sizes vary by age group. However, our average teacher-student ratio is just 1 to 9. This will enable our brilliant teachers to really get to know your child, identify and nurture their talents, and provide the right level of holistic support and academic challenge.
  • What nationalities are represented at Regent’s?
    Regent’s is a place of belonging for children and families from all over the world. We’re incredibly proud of our community, which is currently home to almost 30 nationalities.
  • What languages do you teach in?
    Most of our lessons are taught in English. Thai is compulsory for local students, and we offer a range of additional language options, including Mandarin and Spanish.
  • Which universities do your students go to? 

    The success of our students – both in terms of their IGCSE and IB Diploma results and the type of young people they become – is recognised by the world’s top universities.

    Recent graduates have gone on to study at QS-ranked top 100 universities in the US, UK, and across Asia. Destinations include University College London, the University of Toronto, and Hong Kong University.

  • What accreditations does the school hold?
    Teaching and learning at Regent’s is accredited by the Council of International Schools (CIS), who rate the education we offer as exceeding the highest standards. Our IB Diploma programme is accredited by the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO). We’re also a member of the Federation of British International Schools in Asia (FOBISIA).
  • Do you provide a school bus service?
    Yes, we do. Our safe and secure bus service covers three ‘zones’ in Bangkok: Rama 9 and Ratchadapisek, Sukhumvit, and Ekamai. The cost depends on where you live and whether you would like to use our round-trip or one-way service.
  • Do your students wear a uniform?
    Yes, our students wear a practical, comfortable uniform, which can be purchased from the school.
  • Do you provide lunch?
    Yes! Every day, we prepare healthy, nutritionally balanced lunches for our students. Our boarders also enjoy delicious breakfasts and dinners, which offer choice and variety.
  • How old does my child need to be to join Regent’s?

    We welcome students aged 2 to 18 at Regent’s. This spans the Early Years, Primary, and Secondary. 

    Our boarding programme is open to boys aged 8 to 18 and girls aged 10 to 18.

  • Can I apply to Regent’s at any time?
    Yes, absolutely. We welcome applications throughout the year, and your child can start at any time.
  • Will my child need to take a test as part of the admissions process?

    Yes, they will. The assessment will depend on your child’s age and whether you’re applying to our day or boarding programme.

  • How do I arrange a school tour?
    Scheduling a campus tour couldn’t be easier. Simply fill in our short enquiry form and our team will get back to you.
  • Do you offer boarding?

    Yes, we offer a home away from home boarding experience for boys aged 8 to 18 and girls aged 10 to 18.

    Our safe and happy boarding environment is a place where every child gets the care, support, and attention they need to be their very best. It’s also a real community where friendships, extra academic support, and exciting experiences are available every day. 

  • What is your screentime policy for boarders?

    We believe that balance is key to a happy and healthy boarding experience. Mobile phones and gaming devices are welcomed as part of our students’ lives, but we have clear and fair guidelines around their use to ensure the boarding experience remains active, social, and fulfilling.

    Phones and devices are collected at set times each evening, with younger children having earlier boundaries. Our students often tell us that unplugging is one of the things they appreciate most about boarding life – even if they aren’t sure about it at first!

  • Will my child get homesick?
    We know that every child is likely to miss their family at some point. It’s normal to feel homesick, but experience tells us this feeling usually subsides as our students get increasingly involved in school life. Our Boarding Team and dedicated counsellors will make sure your child is supported, settled, and cared for, every day.
  • Outside of the school day and the various activities you offer, do boarders have any free time?
    Yes, of course. We help each student to find the weekend and after-school opportunities that are right for them, whether that’s playing sports, spending time studying, or playing board games with friends. Whatever their passions, we’ll actively encourage your child to get involved in our community, as this is the best way to make friends and settle into school life.
  • Can I hire the school's facilities?
    Yes, our school facilities are available for short-term rent for special photoshoots or activities.
