OUR SOCIAL PURPOSE

At Regent's Bangkok, your child will take part in community, social responsibility, and leadership activities inspired by our guiding principles. These experiences will shape how they see and engage with the world, empowering them to act with kindness and purpose.

EMBODYING THE ROUND SQUARE IDEALS

Regent’s is a proud member of the Round Square family, a select international network of more than 250 schools in 50 countries.

The Round Square IDEALS of Internationalism, Democracy, Environmentalism, Adventure, Leadership, and Service are embedded into our culture and curriculum, shaping how our students learn. Classroom learning extends into the real-world, too, through life-changing exchange trips, community initiatives, and special events. These provide one-of-kind-opportunities for your child to connect, collaborate, and lead with confidence.

COMMUNITY CHANGEMAKERS

In and beyond the curriculum, meaningful community partnerships nurture empathy, cultural awareness, and a genuine understanding of others.

Our Secondary learners take the initiative and come together in support of local charities, including Good Shepherd Sisters, while the Regent’s Volunteer Medical Society (RVMS) works alongside doctors in rural areas. Our Year 10 Global Perspectives project carefully challenges learners to identify a real social issue, build a real campaign, and take real action. And through the Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS) element of the IB Diploma, our students use their skills to effect meaningful change.

Regents BKK Beyond the Classroom Trip

PRIORITISING GLOBAL CITIZENSHIP

Our thriving international community is home to more than 30 nationalities. We embrace all backgrounds and cultures, which creates an environment where every child grows as an open-minded global citizen.

We celebrate identity and difference through International Focus Weeks and Global Citizenship Week. We also proudly honour Thai heritage and culture, both in the curriculum and through events including Wai Kru, Loy Krathong, and Songkran. Our boarding family, meanwhile, is one of the most diverse communities in Bangkok, where students from across the globe share meals, ideas, traditions, and daily life.

OUR COLLABORATION WITH UNICEF

Through our Nord Anglia collaboration with UNICEF, your child will learn about the challenges facing our planet – and take action to address them. Our students investigate the UN Global Goals and the Rights of the Child agendas on our Global Campus platform. They also develop solutions to some of the world’s biggest problems by taking part in the UNICEF Global Challenge.
