Regents International School Pattaya's award winning Design & Technology team is once again demonstrating that they are at the cutting edge of 21st century teaching with their Robotics Workshop which is taking place this week.

The four day Robotics Workshop was devised by Head of D&T, Mr Steve Daly and promoted through Nord Anglia Education and FOBISIA. D&T and ICT teachers from around the world have responded and are now reaping the rewards of the workshop at Regents.

Mr Daly is being ably supported in the delivery of the workshop by Regents ICT teacher, Mr Nathaniel Brown.

Head of Secondary School at Regents, Mr Michael Seaton, sees the workshop as a superb initiative that differentiates Regents from most other international schools in Thailand. Mr Seaton comments: "Our Year 8 and 10 students already enjoy electronics and robotics as part of their learning and this workshop further demonstrates our commitment to delivering a 21st century curriculum.  With our collaboration with MIT beginning shortly, Regents is indeed establishing itself as a centre of excellence in Design and Technology."
