International Day 2026 at Regents International School Pattaya was once again a standout event celebrating global culture, diversity, and community spirit. This year, the event not only showcased the rich cultural heritage of our families but also strengthened our commitment to supporting education in the local Pattaya community.
Thanks to the overwhelming support of students, families, staff, and community partners, International Day raised an impressive 127,090 THB in support of UN Sustainable Development Goal 4: Quality Education for All. This achievement highlights our shared belief that meaningful educational opportunities should reach far beyond the school campus.

Supporting quality education in Pattaya through the community bids education grant programme
As part of our ongoing mission to make a positive local impact, Regents International School Pattaya continues its Community Bids Education Grant Programme. This initiative invites local community organisations to apply for education-focused grants of up to 25,000 THB per project.
How the grants strengthen local education
Community partners can propose projects designed to improve learning outcomes for children in Pattaya. Eligible initiatives include:
- Development of essential learning resources and classroom materials
- Expansion of extracurricular and enrichment opportunities
- Introduction of innovative teaching and learning strategies
- Improved access to 21st‑century educational tools and technologies
Each proposal undergoes a careful review to ensure that the project is:
- Impactful
- Sustainable
- Aligned with our school’s educational vision and values
This transparent process ensures that funds raised during International Day are used responsibly and effectively and maximising long‑term benefits for the community.
International Day: A meaningful celebration of global citizenship
International Day has long been one of the most anticipated events at Regents International School Pattaya. Families come together to share traditions, flavours, performances, and experiences from around the world, making it a vibrant celebration of multiculturalism.
But what makes the day truly special is its purpose.
By connecting the celebration to community-focused initiatives, our students see firsthand how their contributions support real-world change. They learn about:
- Service and responsibility
- Leadership and teamwork
- Global awareness and cultural appreciation
These are key values not only at our school but also within our wider Nord Anglia Education network.
Our commitment to community impact: What happens next
In the coming months, we look forward to sharing updates about the projects selected for support through the 2026 Community Bids Education Grants. These stories will highlight how the collective generosity of our school community creates lasting, meaningful improvements in local education.
International Day 2026 demonstrated once again that when we celebrate culture, connection, and global citizenship, we also inspire our students to make a difference—locally and globally.
