Paul Schofield, Head of School at St. Andrews, commented, “This year all members of our Graduation Class of 2016 have made excellent progress in their individual programmes of study. This has been reflected in the wonderful set of IB examination results. Congratulations to all our graduates and their teachers who have worked so closely with them through the final two years of their high school studies. I wish all of our graduates every happiness and success in their studies at the colleges and universities around the world they are attending.”
We are particularly proud of the outstanding progress our students have demonstrated in this year’s results. Our Class of 2016 exceeded their CEM IBE baseline predictions by an average of 17%. The CEM IBE assessment is a post-16 assessment system designed for schools following the IB Diploma Programme. It provides predictive information to ensure learners maximise their potential, and is widely used by British international schools around the world.
This fantastic progress is testament to the inspirational teachers, hard-working students, and supportive environment here at St. Andrews. We would like to commend our experienced and dedicated teachers on another outstanding year. Your commitment to our students and school is what drives these impressive academic results.
