As a BSO (British Schools Overseas) International School, STA will celebrate the coronation of King Charles III and the Queen Consort on Wednesday May 3rd. On this day we will be asking students to wear red, white and blue and bring some food to have a little celebration in their year groups to mark the important occasion in the British calendar. Please look for emails from your child’s class teacher for more details about this fun event.
The actual Coronation of The King and The Queen Consort, will take place on Saturday May 6th and will be marked with events across the UK and a concert at Windsor Castle. Their Majesties want to encourage people to spend the Coronation Weekend celebrating with friends, families and their communities.
This week, our school will be celebrating the coronation of the new king of England, King Charles III, through several activities across both campuses.
