It was great to welcome all the children back after the holiday.
They have thoroughly enjoyed Book Week and used their imaginations to tell the story of Flotsam by David Wiesner. Thank you to all those that shared stories this week with the children, they loved seeing family members on the screen in the classroom. The children have created some beautiful artwork linking to the picture book and in Reception and Year 1 they have written sentences to match the illustrations. Today, it was great to see so many children dressed up as characters from their favourite stories and share them with the class. Thank you for your support with this, they all looked fantastic. We hope you enjoyed listening to the stories that we shared this week at home with your child.
Thank you to the PTA for hosting a coffee morning this week. It was great to see so many of you there. We look forward to seeing you at our Parent Academy on Practical Mathematics on Wednesday 16th March.
