Designers of the future in Year 6

Year 6 Rowan Class are creating their own wind turbines for a technology lesson in IPC Climate Control.

Yesterday, they planned their designs and today they are collaborating in groups to make their wind turbines out of sustainable and recyclable materials. Their goal is to produce a wind turbine with rotating blades. Communication and thinking skills are key to ensuring their models are a success.
