Leng Chea has a Bachelor Degree from Vanda Accounting Institute and an Associate Degree from Human Resource University. She used to work for a French company as an accountant related to the production of television programs.

In 2005, Leng started working for a French company as a receptionist, and was subsequently offered a chance to work as an accountant assistant in 2005 in the same company.

She was then promoted to be as an accountant in 2006. She moved to work at Northbridge International School Cambodia as an accountant in July 2008.

She likes travelling and spending time with relatives. She delights in learning and being part of the Nord Anglia family.
