Hello my name is Mr Andy and I am a teacher at Northbridge International School Cambodia. I would like to talk to you today a little bit about puzzles. We know that these come in all shapes and sizes, and naturally I recommend them all, whether they be sudoku, crosswords, wordle, tetris, candycrush, or video games.

At our last Northbridge International School Cambodia Parent Coffee Morning, the Inclusion Team presented to parents about two interesting topics: age-appropriate independence in Primary-aged children, and adolescent brain development in Secondary-aged children. It was great to share stories about the stages our children go through, as well as reflecting on our own personal journeys through childhood and adolescence.
At Northbridge International School Cambodia, our skills for English learning start early when we listen to our families and teachers speak in English. We hear the sounds (phonetics) that culminate in the English language – words, sentences, and types of texts where we put sentences together for different purposes.

For those of you who joined us for the Festival of Lights you will have noticed a group of Northbridge International School Cambodia Primary students that were comperes at the front of the stage introducing each act. The Northbridge International School Cambodia Secondary Student Council is made up of a representative from each advisory of the secondary school, and is led by the Treasurer – Sonisa Sambath, Secretary - Sethika Sok, Vice President – Jiwoo (Jiu) Yum, and President - Gyubin Han.
Being the Primary Student Leadership Leader at Northbridge International School Cambodia has put me in a position to bloom as a leader because of the transformational student leadership skills and style that our Student Council (STUCO) seem to embody so beautifully.
