Primary EAL Teacher

I am very excited to be a part of the BSB Family. Over the last 11 years, I have had some wonderful opportunities to work in several countries such as India, Malaysia, Azerbaijan and the Czech republic with diverse groups of students and staff.

I have worked as a French and English teacher in International schools over the years, teaching the IB and CIE programs across the school right from the primary up to high school. I have also taken on different roles such as the Head of modern foreign languages, IGCSE coordinator and assistant IBDP coordinator. I am a graduate of English literature from India and I have a Diplome superieure de la langue francaise from the Alliance francaise de Paris and a Certificate of Library science from the Universite de Paris X Nanterre. I also have a postgraduate certificate of education with a specialisation in educational administration. In addition, I have completed the “ESL in the mainstream program” offered by the government of South Australia.

I have an avid interest in exploring new cultures and ancient civilizations, to learn new languages and get lost in translation. China, in my opinion ticks all those boxes. I really enjoy living and working here, discovering all of the things that this wonderful country has to offer.
