    Stephanie Gougeon

    Stephanie Gougeon

    Madame Gougeon arrived in Budapest in 1997 and taught in the “Kertészeti” University for 2 years. Then she work for a year as Head of French on the European PHARE program in International House. In 2001, she founded her own company (teaching and translating) and worked in various places: teaching in language schools and professionals at their work place (engineers, lawyers, travel agents…). She joined our school in 2002, feeling again the need to work in a school and as part of a team.

  • Anat Kalman

    Anat Kalman

    German Teacher

    Anat Kalman

    Ms Anat Kalman graduated as a certified Teacher of German as Foreign Language, University of Kassel/Germany and has a PhD in Philosophy/Anthropology, University of Sorbonne in Paris/France. She has been teaching German as a foreign language since 1986 in the Secondary and at University in France and Romania, where she lectured and conducted seminars for the Masters programme in German language and culture at the University of Paris-XIII, Villetaneuse and at the University of Bucharest. From 2006 to 20011 she worked as a German and Philosophy Teacher in the Deutsche Schule Budapest DSB. From 2012 to 2015 she worked again in Paris, at the catholic Lycee Institut de l’Assomption. She also produces radio-transmissions and writes radio-plays and poetry.

    She simply loves teaching and being with young students from all over the world.

    Ms Viranyi-Fontan has been working in different institutions, such as the French institute and a Hungarian bilingual high school before making the decision to join us at BISB.
