Academic Calendar 2019-20 We are pleased to share the ADEK-approved calendar for 2019-20. Please see below the ADEK-approved calendar dates for the 2019/20 academic year.

We have received official confirmation from ADEK of our 2019/20 academic year dates.

The first official school day will be Wednesday 28th August 2019.

Some key dates are:

Orientation Day: Tuesday 27th August 2019 (timings to be confirmed)

Term 1

First day of Term 1: Wednesday 28th August 2019
Half-Term Break: Sunday 20th - Thursday 24th October 2019
Last Day of Term 1: Thursday 12th December 2019

Term 2

First Day of Term 2: Sunday 5th January 2020
Half-Term Break and Staff Training (students not in): Thursday 6th February - Thursday 13th February 2020
Last day of Term 2: Thursday 26th March 2020

Term 3

First day of Term 3: Sunday 12th April 2020
Last day of Term 3: Thursday 2nd July 2020

Should any adjustments be made by ADEK, we will notify you immediately. For public holidays, please note the exact date of Islamic holidays are subject to moon-sightings, and the school must wait for official public announcement.
