BISAD International Cookbook Last year, a group of IB Diploma Programme students asked members of the BIS community to share recipes from their home country to collate into one large cookbook. Excitingly, the Cookbook is now complete and pre-orders are open! Excitingly, the Cookbook is now complete and pre-orders are open!

The International Cookbook is a collaborative project aiming to capture the sheer diversity of BIS Abu Dhabi. With over 90 different nationalities, we are provided with the opportunity to expand our mindset and learn more about the world around us. The Cookbook aims to resemble the nostalgic and iconic food parades from international day that we have missed, and we wanted to capture this in a way that can last forever.

All recipes are generously contributed by members of our school community and have been complied into one large book, with all profits made donated to charity. We hope as a team to inspire the sense of international community that remains so special to this school and that you consider supporting us with this project.
