Last week was the English department’s favourite time of the year: Book Week! We had an incredibly positive and rewarding week and the atmosphere in the school was incredible.
Reading is one practice, that can improve everybody’s English level. We are looking forward to the secondary Book Week, when students will be involved in a range of activities, that will inspire them to delve into the extraordinary world of the written word.
The Progress Check Tests are formal tests that are completed throughout the year in order to establish how well each student is doing and provide opportunities for support afterwards in a more personalised way. In addition to this it helps prepare the students for the upcoming challenges of their IGCSE or IB external examinations.
