We’re thrilled to announce that Nord Anglia Education is continuing its partnership with UNICEF for another three years!

Since 2017, this unique collaboration has provided incredible opportunities for our students to engage in meaningful social impact initiatives that raise awareness of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), helping foster empathy, social advocacy, and global citizenship in all our classrooms.

BIS Hanoi NAE UNICEF Student Summit 2024

At BIS Hanoi, our students have actively participated in this programme through initiatives like NAE-UNICEF Student Summit and World Children's Day, building a deeper understanding of global challenges and developing skills as changemakers.

Our school’s commitment to social responsibility is further reinforced by our participation in major UNICEF-led events like World Children’s Day on 20th November, where Nord Anglia’s 80,000+ students come together to reflect on the value and potential of young people in shaping a better world.

Mr. Vaughan, our Principal shared, "We are incredibly proud of our students across all year groups for their involvement in our partnership with UNICEF, from World Children's Day to their engagement in the SDG workshops held annually. We would like to give special recognition to our UNICEF ambassadors, Nguyen Anh and Julie, for their commitment to promoting the SDGs within our school community. Additionally, we commend Gia Khanh for making us proud by representing Vietnam at the recent UN General Assembly's Summit of the Future Action Days and continuing to lead Chalk Road, which successfully secured the Nord Anglia Social Impact Grant last year. We look forward to the next three years of this journey, empowering our students to make a meaningful impact both locally and globally."

We look forward to sharing more updates on the wonderful projects our students will undertake in collaboration with UNICEF! If you would like to learn more about our work with UNICEF, you can visit their website here.
