UNIVERSITY DESTINATIONS

The UK was our most popular destination in 2023 with students accepting places at top 10 universities including the University of Oxford, Imperial College London and University College London. Others will attend the University of Manchester, the London School of Economics and Political Science, the University of Warwick, and Durham University, all top 100 universities.

Some students attended universities in Europe including the University of Amsterdam, the University of Groningen in the Netherlands and Trinity College Dublin in Ireland. 

The US was our second most popular destination this year. BIS HCMC students accepted places at 2 Ivy League institutions; the University of Pennsylvania and Columbia University (both QS24 top 20 universities)

Places were also awarded to students from QS24's top 100 universities such as the University of Chicago, the University of California, San Diego and Northwestern University. Just 3% of our students will be heading to Canada, where they will take up places at the University of Toronto, ranked 21st in the world (QS24).

In Asia, Singapore and South Korea continue to be popular destinations. 3 students secured places at the National University of Singapore (now ranked 8th in the world in the QS24 rankings), with a further 2 attending Nanyang Technological University in the top 50.

BIS HCMC students will attend top 100 universities Seoul National University in South Korea, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
This year we also see places taken up closer to home at RMIT, Vietnam and Mahidol University in Thailand.

Australia was our 3rd most popular destination in 2023 and saw a large increase in applications. This is likely due to the latest QS24 rankings, which place the University of Melbourne, the University of Sydney and the University of New South Wales all in the top 20. 

Nine students will be attending these top universities in Australia, with others going on to study at Monash University and The University of Technology Sydney.
