Naomi-On Wednesday 17th June, some Year 3 children went to Thien Phuoc Orphanage to play with the children there. At first I was both nervous and excited but when we got there I saw a boy I remembered. He tried his best to make playdough models and that made me really happy.
Vani-I had fun making a playdough model of a cup cake for a little girl.
Khanh Nhu- At first I felt nervous because I had never been to the orphanage before and I wondered what it would look like. Later, I felt happy because the children were kind.
Abhinav-I felt sad seeing the disabled children as it was tricky for them to do some things. I liked helping the children to make shapes out of playdough.
Dishan-First I felt nervous but then, when I started playing with the children, I didn’t feel nervous anymore.
Billy-I felt sad that some of the children found it difficult to talk. I liked making playdough models with my new friends from Thien Phuoc.
Albane-I had lots of fun.
A selection of thoughts from the children in 3X.
