The Lego club is an opportunity for fun and working together. The children mix into teams to complete a Lego challenge and then have time to work on their own creations too.

Our Community Lego club consists of 17 children from a mixture of year groups in BIS HCMC and 9 children from Binh Trieu school. The Lego club is an opportunity for fun and working together. The children mix into teams to complete a Lego challenge and then have time to work on their own creations too. So far we have made - tallest tower, longest bridge and something that flies!

Our community partner is Binh Trieu school with 427 children in the Thu Duc District for children aged between 4 – 15 years old. The school is located about 30 Minutes from BIS and the students from Binh Trieu have been visiting BIS for the past 3 years! We love working with them. Everyone is starting to get to know each other now and more collaboration is happening.

Community Service at BIS HCMC

The British International School, HCMC has a core commitment to the all-round (holistic) development of each child. Through a range of planned community service and fundraising activities we provide appropriate opportunities for students of all ages to develop a respectful and caring sense of social responsibility towards other people and the environment on both a local and global scale.
