ADMISSIONS STILL OPEN FOR TERM 2
Having returned from the Christmas holiday, Year 6 are already busy doing a huge variety of different activities.
International Week is only a few days away and Year 6 will be going around the world in 80 minutes. Each class is a continent and will research different countries within these. During class visits next week, they will share information and provide opportunities to participate in activities associated with their chosen country. The children are working hard in their English lessons to learn all the features of a non-chronological report to enable them to create their own about their country. Ms Erica has been teaching us specific grammar features, making our grammar lessons great fun. We can’t wait to share all our hard work next week.
In addition, in Vietnamese Culture lessons, we are learning about calligraphy and we are enjoying trying to write our names. This will lead into our TET celebrations, where we will be able to see experts use calligraphy.
