Our health and safety policy covers everything from emergency evacuation and lockdown procedures to risk assessments, equipment testing, and much more. This policy serves as a framework to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students, staff, and visitors on our campus. Our child protection and safeguarding policy ensures every staff member is trained to identify and respond to any concerns, keeping students safe and supported at all times. This policy provides a clear framework for the organisation, staff, and designated safeguarding leads, guiding how we maintain a secure and nurturing environment for all.

Positive Behaviour

Our positive behaviour policy ensures every member of the BIS HCMC community is treated with respect, fairness, and care. Staff work with students and families to model and encourage good behaviour, creating a safe and supportive environment where everyone can learn, flourish, and build strong relationships. The policy guides consistent, restorative approaches to conduct, helping students develop self-awareness, resilience, and social responsibility.

Complaints Procedure

We understand that sometimes parents may have concerns or questions about school life. Our complaints policy is here to make sure your voice is heard, and issues are resolved quickly and fairly. Usually, your first point of contact will be your child’s teacher, and if needed, senior staff are involved to help find a solution.

DRIVER'S CODE OF CONDUCT

With three campuses in the heart of Thao Dien, pick-up and drop-off times can get busy. To minimise the impact on our local community, we ask all drivers to follow a simple code of conduct. Please avoid double parking, consider parking a little further away if space is limited, never make U-turns outside the campus, and always follow the guidance of our guards. By working together, we can keep traffic flowing smoothly and ensure the safety and convenience of everyone.

Admissions Policy

BIS HCMC follows a clear admissions process for students aged 2 to 18. The policy outlines how applications are assessed, the requirements for entry, and how placements are determined across our international community.

Tuition Fees

Our tuition fee schedule for the current academic year outlines annual and termly payment options, as well as application, registration, and security fees. The schedule is designed to provide clarity and flexibility for families.

Update Student Details

Use this form to keep your child’s records up to date with our admissions team, including address, parent and emergency contacts, and any important medical or allergy information.

Withdrawal Notification Form

If you are intending to withdraw your child, we always recommend speaking to our admissions team at the earliest opportunity. To confirm your withdrawal, please complete this form at least 90 days before your child’s last day to comply with our refund policy.
