• Pre-Nursery/Nursery “All About Me” Form (required for Reception applicant if not in school) 
• School progress reports if applicable
• School Tour and Parent meeting 
• Student Visit (dependent on applicant)

Personal Recommendations

Personal Recommendations are optional. A Personal Recommendation often provides an additional perspective, allowing the Admissions team to get to know the applicant and/or applicant’s family better. Please note that these forms can be sent in at any point during the application process. You can submit them via mail or as an attachment to an email, admissions@bischicagolp.org.

Parent Statement

Parent Statements are optional. All applicant families will have an opportunity to meet with a member of the Admissions Office as part of the application process and are welcome to share any additional information by submitting a parent statement. Please note that these forms can be sent in at any point during the application process. You can submit them via mail or as an attachment to an email, admissions@bischicagolp.org

Family Photo

Please feel free to send us a copy of a recent family photo to attach to your child’s application. You can either upload as part of your online application or email an electronic copy to admissions@bischicagolp.org.


AGE REQUIREMENTS & GRADES

Please reference the below chart to determine which US Grade and UK year group your child is eligible for based on their current age. Please contact the Admissions Team with any questions regarding appropriate placement for your child. 

The following chart details age requirements and grades for admission for the 2024-2025 school year.

Please note that children can enroll in Pre-Nursery as soon as they turn 15 months, depending on availability.
