Ms. Kopczynski

Morgan is a Chicago native who grew up loving all the creativity and knowledge the city has to offer! She harnessed those passions and brought them into her education through performance and research. Morgan’s educational background includes studies in England and Russia through internationally focused programs. After returning to Chicago, she became a theatre teaching artist and arts education administrator, bringing hundreds of arts programs to public schools across the city, with a focus on the South and West Sides. Morgan’s philosophy in learning is that the calmer the mind, the more a student can explore, understand, and create. She enjoys incorporating mindfulness and meditation into the learning environment. As a neurodivergent individual herself, she has found that these practices help students with all neurotypes and learning styles. Outside of school, you will find Morgan being a social butterfly, whether she is performing, spending time in nature with loved ones, or jaunting about in search of a new walking route or bookshop.
