Strong Results at Middle School XC Meet

Middle School students ran impressive events at the 15^th annual Cross Country Invitational Championships hosted by Lane Tech High School.

• Victor won the Year 7 open mile race with a time of 6:11. After a strong start, he took the lead just after the half-mile checkpoint. Overall, our male competitors finished fifth out of 12 schools.
• In the 1.5-mile race for Year 8 & 9 boys, Russell was our highest place finisher, coming in at 35^th. Together the boys finished 12^th out of 15 schools.
• The 1.5-mile race for Year & 9 girls was competitive from the start. It was Georgia who arrived at the finish line first for the Bulldogs, securing 29^th place. Isabella finished a strong 47^th. Overall, the girls finished eighth out of 11 schools.
