Ms. Peacock
Ellie studied interpreting and translating at Heriot-Watt in Edinburgh, and later did her Postgraduate in education at Edinburgh University. She taught for five years in the Edinburgh and East Lothian areas, fostering a love for inclusive teaching and developing the cultural aspects of world languages curriculums. Coming to Chicago was a big change, and is allowing her to expand her knowledge, especially culturally. So much of Chicago has German roots - which is great for those tangible links in the classroom.
