Kirsten Richards

Kirsten is a native of the Chicago area. She holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from National Louis University. Kirsten began her career in education at Chicago Public Schools, teaching fourth grade. She then taught first grade for ten years at GEMS World Academy. Kirsten is a mother of three and understands that every child deserves the same attention, commitment, and dedication. She views a classroom of children as a community of individuals, each with unique learning styles and needs. She enjoys creating a classroom environment where children feel safe and valued. Kirsten is excited to be a part of the British International School community!
