BA, MA, TESOL
I began my teaching career over twenty years ago as a middle school teacher in the United States. For more than 15 years, I have taught in international schools, specialiing in British and American curriculums. As a recognised leader in promoting inclusivity, I have spearheaded initiatives such as the Primary Speech Competition and Inclusion Club.
I am passionate about developing culturally responsive lessons that represent our diverse student population and centre student voice. I also enjoy creating forums for public speaking and debate, which empower students to shape ideas and build skills in persuasive communication, active listening and social empathy.
