SCHOOL TRIPS IN MALAYSIA AND OVERSEAS

On academic, cultural, adventure, or service school trips, your child will try new things, enjoy hands-on experiences, and learn about others. In turn, they’ll broaden their horizons and develop a lifelong love of new discoveries.

At the British International School of Kuala Lumpur (BSKL), we offer a range of school trips in Malaysia and beyond.

 

Early years and primary

In the early years, our youngest learners go on a school trip every term. These are often linked to a topic being taught in school, and are organised to areas of interest in Kuala Lumpur.

 

In Years 4, 5 and 6, we offer the opportunity to enjoy an annual residential trip. Each trip has a strong curriculum link, enabling exciting ‘hands-on’ experiences. These typically take place at a location within Malaysia for three or four nights.

 

This opportunity, which combines fun and educational experiences, enriches our students' understanding of teamwork and cooperation, whilst building self-confidence and independence.

 

Secondary

At secondary, our students enjoy a number of trips away with their respective year groups. These take place both in Malaysia and overseas, and include sport, music, drama, and Model United Nations. Our secondary residentials nurture independence, maturity, and self-esteem.
