“I love my planet” Last week, the students of Collège Champittet in Nyon received a visit from the Association "J'aime ma Planète" (I love my Planet), which addressed the notions of citizenship and all that it entails (respect for others, materials, the environment, tolerance, inequalities, etc.).

Last week, the students of Collège Champittet in Nyon received a visit from the Association "J'aime ma Planète" (I love my Planet), which addressed the notions of citizenship and all that it entails (respect for others, materials, the environment, tolerance, inequalities, etc.). Through activities and fun animations, the children were led to reflect together on what could be put in place to improve community life in the classroom, at school or outside.

In the 6th grade for example, the first game allowed the children to discuss the difference, diversity and enrichment that each person brings to a group. The second game was presented in the form of sketches to represent solidarity, respect for the environment and for others. The third game focused on cooperation and the need to communicate in order to understand each other. The children enjoyed the activities very much and participated with fun and enthusiasm.
