For our students in Grade 14, the last few weeks have been marked by dedication, effort and a sense of achievement.
Congratulations to our International Baccalaureate students, who concluded their exam period on May 20th and are now awaiting their results. We also wish the best of luck to our French Baccalaureate students, who are currently preparing for their upcoming exams in June.
While exams always bring an extra dose of pressure, we have no doubt that our students were ready for the challenge. At Champittet, we are proud to deliver three secondary diploma pathways – the International Baccalaureate, the French Baccalaureate and the Swiss Maturité – offering students the flexibility to choose the best option for their interests and ambitions. Our Grade 14 students have demonstrated resilience, perseverance and commitment throughout the year, and these exams are the culmination of many years of learning and growth. And that is something worth celebrating!
On May 22nd, we held our graduation ceremony for the Collège Champittet Class of 2026. Together with teachers, staff, family and friends, we celebrated the achievements of our 63 students in Grade 14.
The beautiful ceremony included a heartfelt speech by our Head of School, Philippe de Korodi, and an inspirational honorary speech by Horacio Arruda Falcao Filho, Managing Director of Value Negotiation Advisors & Professor of Management Practice at the Decision Sciences Department at INSEAD.
Our valedictorians from each diploma pathway also took the stage, sharing meaningful reflections and their hopes for the future.
Of course, a Champittet rite of passage would not be complete without art. Our students Clara, Louis-Alexandre and the group Falcao & Friends heightened the emotions of the evening with their musical performances, while a surprise screening added an extra special touch.
We closed the celebration with a shared apéritif, exchanging memories and looking ahead to the exciting opportunities on the horizon.
