This page is here to guide you through your arrival at Collège Champittet and your new school year. You will find all the necessary information for a smooth start to the academic year.
Please note that textbooks and notebooks for both primary and secondary students are provided by the school at the beginning of the school year and are billed separately.
- For students from Preschool to Grade 3, textbooks and all school supplies are provided.
- For students in Grades 4 to 8, comprehensive school supply lists are available in the “Documents” section.
- Secondary students (from Grade 9 onwards) are free to bring the school supplies of their choice.

📌 Important for IBDP Visual Arts Students: Students entering Grade 13 who are enrolled in the IBDP Visual Arts course are required (COMPULSORY) to complete the attached arts assignment prior to the start of the school year : IBDP Visual Arts assignement.

- Food intolerance or allergy : If your child has a food intolerance or allergy, please complete this form with your family doctor, pediatrician, or allergist and return it to infirmerie@champittet.ch. Important: If your child is returning this year and their allergies or intolerances remain unchanged — and you have already communicated this information to the infirmary team — you do not need to fill out the form again. Additionally, if your child has any recurring health issues or is undergoing medical treatment, please make sure to inform our infirmary team so that appropriate care and follow-up can be ensured.

INFORMATION FOR NEW AND RETURNING DAY STUDENTS
- Classes will start on Wednesday, 20th August. More details can be found in the Letter from the Head of School (see the “Documents” section above).
- Uniforms: Please schedule your appointment by contacting maria.crespo@champittet.ch.
- Students from Grade 9 onwards (including those in the FLE programme) are expected to bring their own laptop to school (see the “Documents” section above).
- If your child is starting Preschool, please make sure to inform us of your preferences regarding optional lunches and afternoon sessions.
- If your child is a returning student (current student at Collège Champittet), please ensure that you update the school regarding any changes (lunch arrangements, medical needs, address, residence permit, etc.) via EcoleDirecte.
