MK Year 1 Exit Point
Year 1 celebrated their IPC Exit Point by inviting parents in to assist with some junk model modelling. Transport has been the unit for the last seven weeks and children have learnt about modes of transport, the history of the plane and the car and road safety.
Parents and children enjoyed working collaboratively and made some terrific models.

At Nord Anglia, our Compass Approach to early years learning transforms play into a powerful tool for cognitive and emotional development. Research shows that play-based learning builds critical neural pathways, enhances problem-solving, and fosters a lifelong love of learning. Our educators use "invisible teaching" to balance structure with spontaneity, allowing children to explore their interests while developing key skills like emotional intelligence and resilience. By embracing purposeful play both in school and at home, we prepare young learners for academic success and global citizenship.
