LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL HEROES

Through unique learning experiences and collaborations with UNICEF, The Juilliard School and Qatar Museums, your child will become a confident, conscientious global citizen. Our students take part in activities ranging from beach clean-ups to animal welfare expeditions, too. 

Through our Young Learners' Programme, students plan, build, and deliver sustainability projects in the region. Our eco warriors club tackles environmental issues in school and the wider community. Many of our students also take part in the world’s leading youth achievement scheme, The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award.

OUR PARTNERSHIP WITH UNICEF

Our collaboration with UNICEF challenges students to think about how they can support the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.

Every year, our students head to UN headquarters in New York to take part in the Global Challenge. There, they get involved in seminars and workshops, and influence world leaders. Activities surrounding World Children’s Day teach our students about their rights, how to protect them, and how to advocate for those who may not have a voice.

CITIZENSHIP EXPEDITION TO TANZANIA

Our expedition to Arusha, Tanzania, is the adventure of a lifetime. Alongside changemakers from other Nord Anglia schools around the world, our students work with locals on vital community projects. They also learn about the environment and global sustainability, and the role we play in protecting our planet. One of our most popular activities, this life-changing trip builds our students’ confidence and sense of independence.

THE DUKE OF EDINBURGH'S INTERNATIONAL AWARD

We encourage our students to take part in The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award.

Through the Award, each student sets their own goals and challenges. They choose to do activities they enjoy or try something different, as well as committing to make a difference in our community. 


Doing the Award brings so many benefits. Our students improve their self-esteem and confidence. They also gain essential skills for the future, including resilience, resourcefulness, and the ability to solve problems, which enrich their CVs and university applications.
