LEARNING SUPPORT

DCIS, all students are treated as individuals. We understand that all journeys are different and the same is true for learning. Students have different needs and learn in different ways we understand this and have developed and adapted our programmes accordingly. Whether your child requires short-term intervention or more structured individualised attention, our team works with any student requiring additional support.

We have two SENCOs overseeing the provision in the Primary and Secondary schools respectively who work closely with Learning Support Teachers, Class Teachers, and parents. We provide both short-term booster sessions for smaller groups of students and regular one-to-one sessions. Our Learning Support team have access to a wide range of assistive technology that can be used as part of any access arrangements.
