Juilliard curriculum specialist Brian Drye will visit DCIS to conduct demonstrations, lesson observations, workshops with iGCSE students and CPD sessions with music staff.
Brian Drye will be visiting DCIS from the 12th to 13th October, to engage with music teachers in the delivery of the Nord Anglia-Juilliard music curriculum. He will also be teaching some of the Year 7 classes while interacting with Secondary iGCSE students and ensembles.
Trombonist Brian Drye has toured the world and performed with the who’s who in jazz. A vital part of NYC’s Brooklyn jazz scene, his critically acclaimed record 'Bizingas' was hailed by the New York Times as 'one of the best introductions to a new band'.
