Rubab graduated from the University of Karachi with an MA (Hons) in Economics. She holds a Diploma in Montessori Education from Singapore and earned her PGCE from the University of Nottingham.
Prior to joining DCIS, Rubab enjoyed a successful teaching career in both Singapore and Pakistan. She is a valued member of our DCIS Primary team, having spent five years teaching in the Learning Support department and in Year 1.
Rubab is dedicated to fostering an inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and connected. She is committed to creating a nurturing space that promotes strong relationships and open communication. Rubab believes lessons should be fun and engaging, so children are excited to discover, find real-world connections, and cultivate a love of learning.
Outside of teaching, Rubab enjoys travelling with her family, exploring local history, and experiencing diverse cultures and cuisines. She has a keen interest in outdoor activities, particularly hiking, and appreciates the opportunity to connect with nature through her sense of adventure.
