Working in an International Community is a privilege. It allows us to learn about different cultures and traditions and bring about a better understanding. Last week we enjoyed music from the Pressburger Klezmer Band in our assembly when we also learned about the Jewish traditions associated with the celebration of Hanukkah (The Festival of Light). The children had a go at a couple of games often played at this time of the year; spinning the dreidel and eating and jam doughnut with no hands!
Thank you to all those involved for teaching us about Hanukkah.
