Canadian Computing Competition The Canadian Computing Competition (CCC) is a fun but also a difficult challenge for secondary school students with an interest in programming. It is an opportunity for students to test their ability in designing, understanding, and implementing algorithms.

The Canadian Computing Competition (CCC) is a fun but also a difficult challenge for secondary school students with an interest in programming. It is an opportunity for students to test their ability in designing, understanding, and implementing algorithms.

Seven Year 12 students and three Year 11 students are undertaking this 3-hour long programming challenge this year. Year 12's are not only trying to crack the code and develop the right algorithms, but they also attempt to program in a new programming language, in Java. Students have just started to learn Java in IB, having no previous experience with it.

Year 11: Niklas S., David N., Jakub M.

This will not only encourage to maintain and develop their growing mindset but also help them to stretch their programming skills and develop new ways of solving problems.
