Donations Needed for Grade 11 Spring trip for Migrant School Students -
Dear Parents,
The grade 11 students will be doing the spring trip starting on 1 April and will be visiting a migrant school in the mountains by Tagong.
At this time we are seeking donations of children sized mittens, warn hats, boots, socks, blankets, toothpaste, soap, etc. As the students live at the school we are looking for food items like rice and oil.
They are always in need of school supplies like paper, pens crayons, markers, paper etc. as well.
We would like to thank the LFA for their pledge to donate 3000 rmb to go towards items for the kids and for donating the old LFA lost and found stock to the kids.
We will, of course, take some pics at the school with the kids and share them in the Newsletter.
If you have any questions contact Mr. Brian (brian.bedford@lis-chengdu.com) or Ms. Carol (carol.shill@lis-chengdu.com).
