One-Time Payment

A One-Time Admission Payment of $12,000 is due upon acceptance of the child and is a prerequisite for enrollment.

Payment methods:

  • Those who pay the One-Time Payment in one installment will receive a $500.00 discount.
  • Students entering Early Childhood 3 may pay the One-Time Admission Payment in three installments. The first payment is due upon acceptance and the following two payments are due upon each consecutive re-enrollment (during the 3rd Trimester).
  • Students entering Early Childhood  4 - 11th Grade may pay the One-Time  Payment in two installments. The first payment is due upon acceptance and the following payment is due upon re-enrollment (during the 3rd Trimester).
  • New students entering in 12th Grade will only be required to pay half of the One-Time Payment.

Annual Enrollment Fee

The Annual Enrollment Fee includes a Registration and Technology component.

  • The Registration Fee covers the cost of all books, supplies and educational materials.
  • The Technology Fee includes access, use, maintenance and technical support of all technology devices in the school including but not limited to the digital interactive boards, individual and shared devices, equipment in laboratories, digital academic subscriptions, digital research databases, educational applications, etc. 

The Annual Registration and Technology Fee is due before entering the school and each year upon re-enrollment (this fee may be applied the same year depending on the date of initial admission).

Tuition Payment 

  • Tuition Fees include our Nutrition Program (snack and lunch).
  • Sponsored families are families whose company covers their employee's school fees.

There are two payment methods:

  • one single payment, due before the start of the school year, for which there will be a 5% discount
  • three installments, equivalent to the three academic trimesters, payable before the beginning of each trimester

The schedule for payment by installments is:

  • First Trimester:  July 31, 2019
  • Second Trimester: November 15, 2019
  • Third Trimester: March 6, 2020

 

Any late payments are subject to a ten percent (10%) surcharge of the amount owed.
