Indira is originally from Panama and is one of our school's founding teachers. She joined the team in 2011, bringing over 16 years of teaching experience to the MET. Before joining our school, she worked at Colegio Isaac Rabin, an IB school in Panama.
Indira has always felt a sense of service towards others and believes that through her teaching she can make a difference in people's lives. She brings a profound knowledge of Panamanian and Latin American history and culture to our team, which she loves sharing with our students. Indira has been the lead organizer of the Panamanian Cultural Week and our annual Folkloric Galas since 2011 - MET traditional events that celebrate Panama's rich history, culture and folklore.
