Erica Vickers

  • Bachelor of Middle Childhood Education with Concentrations in Language Arts, Reading, and Social Studies, Xavier University – Cincinnati, Ohio, USA
  • Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with a Specialization in English as a Second Language, American College of Education – Indianapolis, Indiana, USA

Erika began her teaching in 2011 and has worked at both international and bilingual schools in Mexico, Panama, and Vietnam.  She has taught 4th grade, 5th grade, 6-8th English Language Arts, 6th and 7th Social Studies, Service Learning, MYP Language Acquisition, and MYP Individuals and Societies.  Her most recent teaching position was as an English as an Additional Language Specialist at the American International School of Vietnam. 

A firm believer in a growth mindset, Erika is passionate about teaching middle school students, and English language learners, and is excited to become part of the MET community!
