Talented Teacher Shows his Mettle

26 September 2016

Regents International School Pattaya's exceptionally skilled brass teacher, Mr Clarence Mansell demonstrated his musical talent to Year 7 students by not only playing each brass instrument in the Music Department, but playing a tune on a tube, a funnel and a kettle. Needless to say, the students were amazed!

After discussing Beethoven's 5th Symphony in The World of The Orchestra unit of work, Year 7 were then in for a real treat. Mr Clarence Mansell, our exceptionally skilled Brass teacher, demonstrated all the Brass instruments, showing Year 7 how to make a sound from them. He is so skilled he can even play a tune on a tube, a funnel and a kettle, to the amazement of the students.

Brass and any other musical instrument lessons are available to all students at Regents. Please contact Mr Ross Crichton in Secondary or Miss Nicki Taylor in Primary.
