Jo Felts

History Teacher / Head of Year 9

Jo Felts - PGCE, BA

Jo holds a BA (Hons) degree in American Studies and History from the University of Sussex and a PGCE in History from the University of Cumbria.

Prior to joining Regents in 2016, Jo spent four years teaching in the UK before moving to Mongolia in 2014 for her first international teaching post. She understands the importance of being a lifelong learner and is currently studying a BA in Language Studies from the Open University.

Jo has also lived in Cyprus, South Korea and the USA. She is looking forward to exploring Thailand, along with the rest of South East Asia and hopes to develop her photography skills.

Since arriving at Regents, Jo has taken up running and can sometimes be found doing long distance races throughout country. She is also keen to learn a lot more about the history of the region and wants to do her PADI Advanced Open Water qualification this year.
