Astrid Krediet holds a BA(Hons) in Business Studies from the University of East Anglia, a BA in Facility Service Management from the Dutch Polytechnic IJselland in the Netherlands and a MSc Information Science in Library Management.
She has 8 years of experience in education, of which 7 as a librarian in both British and international schools. Her international career began in the South of England, where, after having been an Account Manager for BP, she found her love for education and worked her way to a librarian position at an all-girls school in the South of England.
After moving with her husband and two kids to Thailand in 2012, she headed the Whole School library at a Nord Anglia international school in Bangkok.
In 2018 she made the move to Regents, where she is encouraging a love for reading among the secondary students and feels delighted to be part of the international Regents’ community.
Outside of school, she enjoys being with her husband and two sons, reading, baking, as well as practicing Muay Thai boxing.
