Having graduated from the University of Bristol with a Masters in Composition, Henry worked for several years as a peripatetic instrumental teacher teaching one-to-one and group lessons as well as leading choirs, ensembles and orchestras. In 2012, he graduated from the University of Southampton with a Primary PGCE and worked for 2 years as a class teacher and music coordinator.
Since 2014, Henry has been working as a Music Teacher and Head of Performing Arts at The British School of Beijing, Sanlitun. He is passionate about musical education and sharing this enthusiasm with the pupils at Regents.
Outside of school, Henry’s main hobby is music and he enjoys composing and performing whenever he can. He also enjoys playing squash, reading and watching films.
