Tanzania Blog

05 February 2014

Keep up with our intrepid explorers as they make their way to Tanzania to help those most in need there.

All the money the students have raised so far will go towards the local schools and projects they will visit.   Donations are still required to reach their target total.  If you would like to donate, please contact

The Global Classroom also features a LIVE! area for more information from all 100 students who visited Tanzania on behalf of Nord Anglia Education (a login is required to access).  Participants began posting and uploading upon arrival on the 1st February.

When the students return as ambassadors they can share, engage and motivate the school to initiate change and really make a difference to the lives of the students and people we have met in Tanzania.

Students, Parents and teachers can click here to see images, videos and reflections on the renovation and teaching of Maua School, as well as the activities and experiences of Africa Day and International Day.

Here the community can view images and posts about the day excursions: Safari or Zanzibar.

Every day students will be given reflection time where they can go onto the Global Classroom to post and discuss their experiences with your school community.

We then encourage an open line of communication where students and staff can ask questions, provoke discussions and gain a richer perspective of the activities occurring in country!
